Relieve Pain - Reduce Stress - Feel Better

A clinical massage therapy session would typically include a fusion of swedish and deep tissue massage, maybe with added sports, myofascial, trigger point, shiatsu and stretching techniques, if needed to enhance the preferred outcome. The treatment is always tailored to suit the individuals needs and situation.

” Thank you! I must say Daniel is amazing. For the last three years now, I have had pain and discomfort in my right shoulder, 30 min with Daniel and it is moving more freely and no discomfort or pain. He is amazing "  Janet

” Massage brings peace to a troubled mind and relief to a tense body ” Hippocrates

Massage Therapy

People are commonly using massage therapy treatments to relieve aches, pains and discomforts and generally loosening up tight and restrictive muscles and fascia. These tissues tend to easily become overused, abused and misused.

” Massage has had a positive effect on every medical condition we’ve looked at ”

Tiffany Fields, PHD Touch Research Institute, Miami

Acute & chronic pain conditions, aches & discomforts, tightness & restrictions, performance & recovery, posture & prevention, maintenance & general wellbeing are all commonly treated situations.

Massage can also be used to help relieve stress and anxiety, improve relaxation and sleep, and to generally help you feel better. May also be used before or after sport and activity, or even because lack of it.

It is a great way of adding value to your wellbeing and to feel better.

” Muscle is an orphan organ; no other medical specialty claims it. Muscle tissue is the largest organ in the human body, complex and vulnerable to dysfunction, and the primary target for the wear and tear of daily activities ”  Painscience.com
